I’ve been working in gypsum board plants since 1991, across more than 25 countries. Most of that time has been spent on-site, helping plants deal with real production issues—performance, consistency, cost, and getting lines to run the way they should., offering end to end solutions.
Based in the UK, I work worldwide. My approach is hands-on. I look at the whole operation—process, equipment, operators, and how the plant is managed—and fix the things that are holding performance back. Just as importantly, I make sure the improvements stay in place after I leave.
I work directly with operators, supervisors, and plant management, depending on where the gaps are.
English is my native language. I also have basic working knowledge of French, Portuguese, and Spanish—enough for day-to-day communication on site.

Extremely motivated, with a passion for delivering results and sharing knowledge. With 35 years of experience in plasterboard manufacturing, I have worked across all areas of manufacturing, from Operations to Plant Management and Industrial Performance.
My "hands-on" and approachable leadership style allows me to fully integrate with local teams and drive sustainable improvements from within. What motivates me most is mentoring and developing people — working alongside individuals, helping them strengthen their capabilities, and then seeing them confidently share that knowledge with their colleague
